By accessing and using Solto ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

Solto is a blockchain-based raffle platform that allows users to purchase tickets for events using Solana (SOL) cryptocurrency. Winners are selected randomly, and prizes are distributed according to event rules.

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Connect a valid Solana wallet through Dynamic
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your wallet credentials

When purchasing tickets:

• All sales are final and non-refundable
• Tickets are non-transferable
• You may purchase up to the maximum allowed per event
• Payment is made in SOL cryptocurrency
• Transaction fees may apply

Winners are selected through a random process when events end. The Platform uses verifiable random selection to ensure fairness. All participants have equal chances based on the number of tickets purchased.

Prize distribution:

• Winners are notified via email
• Prizes are paid in SOL to winner wallets
• Payouts occur within 24-48 hours of winner announcement
• The Platform reserves the right to verify winner eligibility

Users may not:

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• Use bots or automated systems
• Attempt to manipulate the random selection process
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining security of wallet credentials
• Understanding cryptocurrency risks
• Complying with local cryptocurrency regulations
• Any losses due to wallet compromise

The Platform is not responsible for lost or stolen wallet credentials.

The Platform may charge:

• Service fees on ticket purchases
• Withdrawal fees for fund transfers
• Processing fees for certain transactions

All fees are disclosed before transaction confirmation.

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, and text, is owned by Solto or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. Users may close their accounts at any time.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
